In fall 2018, our new live CD (featuring Nils Wogram and Sven Decker) will be released on Unit Records! Among other things, material from the concert on 27.04.2018 will be heard on this CD!
Our debut album "unterwegs" feat. Nils Wogram, published by "portable music trier", was received very well by fans and critics -
"... It rocks quite demanding at times, even swinging unconditionally in some moments."

NILS WOGRAM (ECHO Award Winners 2016) - POSAUNE and SVEN DECKER - TENORSAX, CLARINET, BASS CLARINET as well as Jerome Goldschmidt from New York - Percussion and Leana Sealy (Lux), vocals.
Live the audience can expect a sound in which the spirit of fusion music of the 70s a la "Weather Report, Jan Hammer, Billy Cobham ..." etc. combines with progressive, modern, original elements and a little world music. The comeback of the good old "Keyboardburg", a certain volume and joy of playing ... warm, wafting synthesizers over cool, funky to rocking beats and a horn section at its best!
The "Thomas Bracht Band" (Fred Noll - Percussion, Brass Konrad Matheus - Drum Tobias Fritzen - Bass Thomas Bracht - Keys) has only existed for 3 years, although the individual musicians have known each other for a very long time.
In this short time a lot has happened, the band has grown, it has played a lot of concerts and the number of fans is increasing - especially to mention: the regular collaboration with Nils Wogram and Sven Decker!
Thomas Bracht has been a sideman for a long time (including Nils Landgren, Paquito de Rivera, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Adam Pieronczyk, and many more) - this activity allowed him to meet many interesting, good jazz musicians and, of course, work with them - in the recording studio and on stage, around the world.
The time has come to go his own ways and to play with his old companions his compositions. He was especially pleased that Nils Wogram had agreed to record his tracks and to tour with the „Thomas Bracht Band“ after listening to his compositions (which he greatly appreciates) and was enthusiastic about the band.
